Looking for a Cerner Millennium Analyst Position. Candidate must have a minimum of two years Cerner Millennium experience. Candidate must be comfortable communicating with physicians and have a thorough understanding of their workflow. Must have good working knowledge of Cerner documentation tools including Powerchart, Powerforms, and Iview. Candidate must be able to support the Cerner Surginet application and his or her customers through any build, implementation, upgrade and maintenance experiences, including scheduling, case tracking and supply chain management. Seeking a motivated Senior IT Clinical Analyst with 5-7 years of Healthcare IT experience and a formal 4 year degree in IT, Nursing, or Informatics. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Physicians, IT and the healthcare executive teams in the clinical transformation to Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) processes. Candidate must have experience in implementing major clinical systems including pharmacy, clinical documentation, or CPOE systems management. Responsibilities include: system upgrade planning and execution, software customization, implementation, testing, training and support. The candidate will also act as a liaison between CPOE project teams and will focus on medication order set design, testing of functionalities and rules integration, alerts and clinical decision support. Successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communications skills.

The engagement is estimated to last no more than 5 months for total of 300 hours. The Technical Coordinator will report to the assigned IS Project Manager. It will begin August 2nd.
